Mornings can be challenging. If you are someone who wakes up at 6 am and has a list of chores to get done and get ready for work, I salute you! That kind of morning routine can definitely be intimidating, but it may surprise you that all you need to do to get in a happy mood is to read morning affirmations to turn your morning from feeling groggy to feeling bright.

The way you wake up in the morning can set you up for the day 🥱.

If you experience that your mind is racing immediately after you wake up, or if it's in a state of anxiety then this could be a sign - you are setting yourself up for a difficult day. There are ways you can calm those racing thoughts and give yourself a chance on improving your day by doing these small activities as soon as you wake up.


Have a glass of water and try and get some fresh air. 🙂 Don't rush in to do any tasks for the first 10-15 minutes of your day. Relax your mind and breath.


I have often been told that I have great morning energy and many have asked me how to get that going. Thought of sharing some tips with you all and help you get out of bed with a smile. Common' don't be a grinch and just try it out! 😀


Start your day by focusing on the good, it could be as small as being grateful for a new day, also, that doesn't mean you neglect your life problems or ignore reality, it simply means to have a positive outlook toward your day🥰.

Having an optimistic attitude in the morning will help you set yourself in a positive mood. Remind yourself that, you are born to be happy, and work toward making your day happier.🤗
